We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategist to support the development and execution of pricing strategies that drive growth, enhance customer value and price perception.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, monitor and refine pricing frameworks to balance competitiveness, profitability and customer perception.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and price movements to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Evaluate the impact of pricing initiatives and provide recommendations to enhance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to support the alignment of pricing strategies with business goals.
  • Contribute to improvements in pricing processes, data quality and analytical approaches.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial or Strategy roles (retail or FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Solid presentation and storytelling skills capable of clearly conveying insights both verbally and through compelling visual slides.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or other analytical tools an advantage.
  • Commercial understanding of the relationship between pricing, sales and profitability.
  • Strong communication skills able to present insights clearly and effectively.
  • A proactive collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
