Responsibilities:

  • Collate tendering opportunities onto the company's CRM system for review at weekly meetings.
  • Prepare and submit pre-qualifications, expressions of interest, tenders, and detailed estimates in a timely manner.
  • Prepare internal tender review documentation and approvals (Approval to Bid, Approval to Submit).
  • Correspond with clients and suppliers during the tendering phase.
  • Provide support to the Pre-Contracts team, undertaking administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a tendering environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, CRM systems, and Adobe.
  • Proven administration experience.
  • Experience working in the construction or mining sectors.
