We are seeking an experienced Tender Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-growth organization and play a vital role in the effective and timely delivery of tender documents.

About the Role:

The Tender Coordinator will work closely with the Business Development team to assist with contract administration tasks, prepare technical documents, and collaborate with the team to estimate and quote on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Business Development team with contract administration tasks, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Prepare technical documents, utilizing strong written comprehension skills to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the team to estimate and quote on various projects, utilizing templates where available.
  • Contribute to writing technical documents for our Robotics team during quieter periods in the quoting process.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and provide support to a team of professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A technical background or trade experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong written comprehension skills for creating technical documents.
  • Proficiency in estimating and quoting processes (templates provided).
  • Adaptability to switch between quoting and technical documentation tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
