About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Offer Manager to support our national team in managing and developing competitive tenders.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Providing strategic advice and guidance to senior leaders on tender management and strategy.
  • Coordinating kick-off meetings, writing, editing, designing, and reviewing input from subject matter experts.
  • Supporting teams through presentations and procurement processes.
  • Collaborating with Business Development specialists to ensure high-quality end-to-end pursuit processes.
  • Working closely with the Enablement team in opportunity spotting and administrative processes related to complex tenders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.
  • Strong initiative, commercial acumen, and self-awareness.
  • Excellent project management skills with flexibility to accommodate evolving priorities.
  • Experience producing tenders in response to formal procurement requests.
  • Strong business writing, proofreading, and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
