Mobilize are seeking a
**Tender Coordinator** to start with our client who is an international contracting group providing services to the mining, infrastructure and construction sector industries. With people/culture and innovation at the forefront of our clients values, this ongoing temp position presents as a fantastic opportunity for someone to entrench themselves in a position to make their own, with an employer who provides the support necessary to succeed and grow.

**Responsibilities**
- Collate all tendering opportunities onto HubSpot for review at weekly Tendering Meetings.
- Preparation and Submissions of pre-qualifications, expressions of interest, tenders, and fully detailed estimates in an efficient timely manner.
- Preparation of internal tender review documentation and approvals (Approval to Bid, Approval to Submit).
- Client and Supplier correspondence during the tendering phase.
- Provide a high level of support to the Pre-Contracts team, undertaking a variety of administrative duties.

**Required skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a tendering environment **(desirable).**:

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Advance skills in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, HubSpot and Adobe.
- Strong administration experience **(essential).**:

- Previous mining/ construction experience.
