Director of Site Operations

Lead a team of operators in achieving operational excellence and meeting performance targets at a quarry site.
Safety, production, customer service, and quality control are essential aspects of this role. Responsible for managing budgets, P&L statements, and finances, as well as relevant experience in quarry operations and best practice Quarrying.
- Responsibilities
- Ultimate responsibility for site safety and the implementation of effective safety protocols.
- Drive production targets and achieve profit goals through strategic planning and efficient resource allocation.
- Provide outstanding leadership to your team, focusing on people management skills, problem-solving skills, and influence-building with stakeholders from various functions.
- Ensure environmental compliance and quality control by implementing robust systems and processes.
- Deliver superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication and relationship building.
- Plan and monitor extraction, production, and inventory, recognizing opportunities for plant and operational improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership attributes, including people management skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage, influence, and build rapport with stakeholders from various functions.
