You'll be responsible for daily operations, team leadership, compliance, and ensuring every family has an exceptional experience.Working closely with the Director, HR Manager, and Customer Experience Manager, you'll be part of a supportive and collaborative leadership team built on trust and shared purpose.This role suits someone calm under pressure, values-driven, and ready to pitch in—whether that's compliance checks, greeting families, or supporting the reception desk.Key ResponsibilitiesCentre OperationsOversee daily running of classes, reception, and activitiesMonitor facilities, safety, and complianceSupport front-line needs as requiredTeam LeadershipMentor and motivate Supervisors, Teachers, Reception, and Admin staffProvide coaching to uphold safety, service, and customer care standardsAssist with rostering and workforce planning with HRCustomer ExperienceEnsure families receive consistent, people-first serviceResolve escalated concerns in partnership with the CX ManagerModel warm, community-focused leadership in daily interactionsCompliance & SafetyUphold child-safety standards, regulations, and industry compliancePartner with Supervisors and Maintenance to ensure safe facilitiesAdministration & SystemsSupport reception and admin processes for smooth operationsManage reporting, scheduling, and documentationIdentify and implement operational improvementsCollaboration & Strategic AlignmentWork closely with leadership peers and external specialistsProvide regular updates on staffing, compliance, and operationsWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking a calm, capable, and highly engaged leader with a proven record of operational excellence in environments where kids, families, or community come first.You'll bring:Leadership experience in sport, childcare, leisure, youth programs, education, or customer-focused industriesProven success leading change across systems, processes, and cultureA grounded, emotionally intelligent leadership style with collaboration at its coreStrong working knowledge of safety, child protection, and compliance frameworksEligibility to obtain a Working With Children CheckWhy Join Us?
