About the role

As a Property Manager, you will oversee the management and operations of diverse property portfolios. Reporting to the Director of Real Estate, you will ensure efficient utilization, maximize value, and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
  • Oversee lease agreements, rent collection, tenant relations, and maintenance activities.
  • Administer lease agreements, including negotiations, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Evaluate lease terms and conditions, rental payments, and lease-related documentation.
  • Develop and manage property budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial performance.
  • Prepare financial reports and present key performance indicators to stakeholders.
  • Foster positive tenant relationships and address issues proactively.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, or a related field; additional certifications are advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role, preferably within commercial real estate.
  • Strong financial acumen and analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A valid real estate license or ability to obtain one.
