About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious graduate to join the dynamic Commercial Leasing and Sales team at Mastracorp Real Estate. As an assistant and agent, you will be responsible for securing new tenants and managing the leasing portfolio for a range of commercial properties. This full-time role offers the chance to kickstart your career in the thriving real estate industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively market and lease commercial properties, including office spaces, retail units and industrial facilities
  2. Liaise with existing and prospective tenants to understand their needs and match them with suitable properties
  3. Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the landlord and tenant
  4. Prepare and finalise lease documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  5. Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on the status of the leasing portfolio
  6. Collaborate with the broader Commercial Sales and Property Management teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  3. Familiarity with the local commercial property market and current industry trends
  4. Proactive and self-motivated, with a genuine passion for the real estate industry
  5. Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
