About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and have a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are being managed effectively.
  • Manage repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Establish competitive rental rates through market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with leasing partners and assistant property managers to provide exceptional service to clients.
To Be Considered for This Role, You Will Need:
  • A current property management license.
  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Demonstrable experience in property management, managing a portfolio.
  • Exceptional customer service experience.
