Property Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Property Manager to join our property management team.

  • Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues or concerns is a key responsibility of the role.
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage arrears, conduct regular inspections, and represent the company at tribunal hearings when required.
  • Able to coordinate repairs and maintenance to properties, research local market rates, and establish competitive rental prices.
  • This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong communication, and negotiation abilities.
Key Requirements:
  • A current property management license is essential for this role.
  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle are also required.
  • Demonstrable experience in property management, managing a portfolio, is essential.
