About You

You're an experienced real estate photographer who's ready to step up into leadership. You love being behind the camera, but you're equally driven by the idea of building something bigger - growing a business, developing client relationships, and shaping the direction of a team. With strong communication skills and entrepreneurial drive, you're ready to lead the Adelaide market while delivering world-class creative.

Role Overview

We're seeking a Property Photographer & State Manager to launch and grow Mainroad Marketing in Adelaide. This is a hands-on role where you'll capture stunning property visuals while also being responsible for driving business growth in the state.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality property photos, video, and floorplans across Adelaide.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with real estate clients, ensuring shoots are smooth and professional.
  • Act as the key representative of Mainroad Marketing in Adelaide.
  • Drive business growth through networking, outreach, and client development.
  • Contribute to building a local team as demand grows.
  • Uphold our high standards of creativity, service, and delivery.
Who We're Looking For
  • An experienced real estate photographer with a proven portfolio.
  • Someone with their own professional kit (camera, wide + telephoto lenses, flash, tripod).
  • A confident communicator who can manage relationships with agents, vendors, and tenants.
  • A motivated leader who is commercially minded and excited to help grow a business.
  • Entrepreneurial drive - with the right candidate, there is scope for future profit share.
