Our Technology Lead is responsible for overseeing the full suite of Proptech applications, platforms and vendor relationships supporting our national network of offices.

This newly created position gives you the opportunity to take the lead on our systems across sales and property management—ensuring they are robust, integrated and continuously improved to deliver operational efficiency and strategic value. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, you’ll drive technology adoption and manage a long-term roadmap that enhances productivity, reduces costs and supports business goals.

  • You will be responsible for managing the Proptech ecosystem including contracts, supplier performance and system improvements.
  • You will maintain and deliver the real estate technology roadmap with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
  • You will partner with internal teams and vendors to develop and implement technology enhancements.
  • You will provide guidance and training on technology adoption to state managers and franchise partners.
  • You will develop frameworks to support the integration, reporting and optimisation of Proptech tools.
  • You will monitor and report on ROI, usage and cost-saving outcomes of technology investments.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Business and industry experience.
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining real estate technology solutions across sales, property management, CRM and trust accounting systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and implement continuous improvement practices.
  • Extensive project and change management experience within IT or technology environments.
  • Proficiency with a range of real estate CRMs, integrations and developing technology adoption strategies.
