Role Summary:

As a Workplace Resolution Specialist, you will support the resolution of HR case matters and provide best practice workplace relations advice to leaders and employees.

  • Investigate workplace incidents, including employee conduct investigations and absence matters
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels to resolve complex HR cases
  • Apply technical knowledge, sound judgement and care in providing advice and solutions

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in case management or workplace investigation, preferably in a large and complex organisation. Your skills include excellent problem-solving, drafting and communication skills, as well as a mindset of care and fairness.
