Conflict Resolution Specialist

The role of a Conflict Resolution Specialist is to navigate complex legal challenges in a commercial setting.

This position falls under the department responsible for managing global conflicts of interest and information barriers.

Key responsibilities include advising on complex legal and commercial conflict problems, ensuring compliance with global sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering obligations, reviewing, drafting, and advising on conflict provisions in client agreements.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Be admitted to practice as a Solicitor in Australia or another jurisdiction in which our firm operates
  • Have 3+ years' post-admission experience with excellent research, technical, and analytical skills
  • Display a proactive approach with the ability to adapt to competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a desire to work outside of traditional private practice in an alternative career
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team
