Job Description

At Turner & Townsend, we are seeking a seasoned Bid Management professional to lead our infrastructure projects team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in writing successful bid submissions and a proven track record of delivering high-quality proposals.

This is a senior leadership role that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic approaches for multi-million-dollar proposals and tenders;
  • Lead bid go/no-go discussions and formulate clear plans for delivering compelling bids;
  • Facilitate discussions focused on differentiators, win themes, and content to ensure high-quality answers are developed;
  • Collaborate with Board-level directors and other functional teams to deliver tender responses;
  • Support positioning activities that drive high conversion and business development activity;
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling through deep understanding of Turner & Townsend services and products;
  • Build bid capability and skills within the Turner & Townsend ANZ business;
  • Report on pipeline and bid conversion at Senior Leadership levels;
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in bid management or a related field;
  • Strong MS Office skills and IT literacy;
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proven leadership skills with an ability to lead change and develop/mentor staff;
  • A relevant degree in an engineering discipline or business, marketing, or English;
