The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Western Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and outcomes, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and profit growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure capability to manage growth and operational challenges.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities with high potential customers in collaboration with the Business Development team and in line with strategic plans, financial objectives, and budgets.
  • Provide management and leadership in liaising with customers on issues relating to product, delivery, and price.
  • Assist with the formulation of the strategic business plan for the Region and integrate this with the operational and capital expenditure functions of the business.
  • Execute the strategic sales plan for the Region to drive revenue and profit growth in line with business goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales and Capital Expenditure budget for the region.
  • Understand clients, market trends, and deliver value-added targeted solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced sales leader with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams. You will have excellent influential and communication skills, and the ability to lead, coach, and develop talent within a sales team. You will also have extensive experience in sales management in areas such as mining, construction, and industrial services.
