The role involves working on customer tickets, building AI Agents that automate internal support processes, creating educational resources, engaging in community support, and improving support operations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a high-growth environment where speed, autonomy, and collaboration matter.
- Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive support and ticket resolution.
Build and manage AI Agents to automate internal support processes and reduce repeat issues.
Develop and maintain educational resources, including documentation, video walkthroughs, help articles, and community how-tos.
Engage with the customer community through forums, live sessions, and onboarding spaces.
Contribute to the improvement of support operations through involvement in release readiness, incident management, and voice-of-customer initiatives.
- Skills and Qualifications:
2–5 years experience in technical customer support or adjacent technical roles.
Strong background in supporting SaaS platforms and working across multiple customer tiers.
Hands-on familiarity with APIs, debugging, or some Python scripting.

Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical issues into customer-friendly solutions.
