Job Opportunity: Customer Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound contact centre interactions.
  • Provide customers with accurate product information and support.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our products and services.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Act as a key point of resolution for customer inquiries.
  • Meet and exceed customer-focused performance metrics.
  • Contribute to lead generation and referrals for business growth.
  • Develop and maintain procedural documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer-facing or call centre role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capable of working autonomously.
  • Proficient in using IT systems including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • A current valid Australian driver's licence is required.
