Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will provide high-level support for our clients, working alongside Enterprise Sales and Product to influence client usage patterns.

  • 3+ years of experience in a Financial Services or Financial Technology organization
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in supporting or using order management or electronic trading systems
  • Knowledge of buy-side markets and an understanding of the full trade life cycle
