  • Preparing and entering dispatch information with high accuracy and in a timely manner
  • Coordinating and managing delivery jobs for drivers
  • Reporting and logging customer concerns or requirements to relevant departments
  • Providing administrative support within the delivery process

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should have experience in a similar role and be proficient in using computer systems.
