Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and offering solutions to customer queries and complaints
  • Preparing and entering dispatch information with high accuracy and in a timely manner
  • Coordinating and managing delivery jobs for drivers
  • Reporting and logging customer concerns or requirements to relevant departments
  • Providing administrative support within the delivery process

Requirements:
