About You

We seek a qualified employee relations specialist with strong consulting, coaching, and communication skills. Ideal candidates should have HR, IR, or legal qualifications and/or related experience, as well as expertise in Australian employment law and policy requirements.

  • Experience handling sensitive employment matters effectively is essential.
  • Able to provide coaching advice to managers and HR partners, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills are also required.
