Employee Relations Case Manager

Clerk Grade 7/8, Ongoing, Full-time. This role requires travel between locations.

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional to develop their skills and progress to complex matters with a focus on employee relations case management.

The successful applicant will gain exposure to investigations across a range of regulatory and service functions, refining their HR or investigations skills.

The role involves upskilling business leaders and internal colleagues to raise awareness regarding compliance and risks within the working environment.

You will work collaboratively with your peers to embed modern and agile ways of working to deliver a world-class people and culture function and create great employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching, investigating, and undertaking end-to-end case management of complex industrial relations and employment matters.
  • Providing expert advice on employment law and legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of business leaders and internal colleagues.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
  • Analyzing data to inform the design and delivery of proactive education and training programs.
