Employee Relations Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Employee Relations Manager to fill this critical role. This professional will be responsible for driving a high-performance culture and serving as our senior specialist, working closely with the business in managing complex issues such as workplace investigations, conduct, ill-health, redundancies, and restructures.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in influencing and partnering with business leaders at all levels of the organisation, employee relations case management experience, knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements, and up-to-date understanding of relevant employee relations amendments and emerging matters.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can provide practical solutions to complex problems, work autonomously and as part of a team, and influence business leaders while managing diverse stakeholder groups.
