Employee Relations Professional

We are seeking an Employee Relations Professional to lead the development, implementation and management of employee relations policies and programs. You will provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues, including workplace investigations and dispute resolution.
This is a permanent position with a Sydney CBD location and 2 days working from home per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in employee relations or human resources management
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
This role offers a great opportunity to work with a collaborative and motivated HR team. You will be responsible for leading workplace investigations and conducting dispute resolution. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and represent the organisation in external forums.
