Key responsibilities include:

  • Case management: Coaching and advising managers and employees through performance, grievance, and disciplinary matters.
  • Mentoring: Developing the successor by coaching and mentoring more junior team members to build their capability and experience in employee relations.
  • Projects: Supporting senior leaders to operationalize workplace reforms, translating organizational responses to legislative changes into actionable plans.

Requirements for success include:

  • A successful track record in HR generalist or ER roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant ER legislation.
  • Proven results in coaching and advising people managers and employees through performance, grievance, and disciplinary processes.
