About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Integration Manager to join our team at Special Broadcasting. As a key member of our Infrastructure Technology team, you will play a critical role in managing technical project coordination across all functions of Technology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical project coordination across all functions of Technology, ensuring alignment with approved architecture and design.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and technical subject matter expertise to all functions of Technology to increase staff responsiveness to the business, attention to detail, and quality of workmanship.
  • Assist the Architecture and Infrastructure teams with planning to support ongoing business needs, focusing on technical delivery of projects.
  • Review architecture designs and provide input into delivery considerations, including budgetary risks, integration risks, impact to critical services, and change management.
  • Articulate and communicate technical solutions to the Project Management team to enable accurate, realistic, and timely production of project approaches, planning, schedules, and commercial responses.
  • Ensure all technical delivery aspects of projects are delivered on time, on budget, with sufficient documentation, and maintenance routines for successful handover to operational teams.

About You

  • Minimum of 7+ years' experience working within the Broadcast Media industry, with a good understanding of both broadcast and IT environments.
  • Excellent people leadership experience, working with diverse groups, pro-actively reporting on status and tasks, and driving technical excellence.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with proficiency in technical drawing software, such as AutoCAD or Visio.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, engage and interface with multiple teams, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to decipher highly technical data, and multitask in an ever-changing work environment.
