System Support Specialist

The Department at SBS Technology can be thought of as the 'engine room' of SBS. Our primary role is to enable and support the production, distribution, and transmission of content across television, radio, and online platforms. Our teams achieve this by working collaboratively to design innovative solutions and deliver end-to-end services for our business stakeholders.
This System Support Specialist role will follow all aspects of SDLC to design, implement and life cycle manage applications to best support Broadcast, content delivery, and business operational outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage key task and initiatives to enhance Enterprise systems â using agile tools like Jira, Kanban, ITIL applications.
- Coordinate delivery with internal and external resources through effective planning, communications, and governance functions.
- Vendor engagement for support and strategic works to determine technology, license, and business impacts.
- Provide level 2 support for SBS's applications including MAM, Oracle EBS, PAM, Adobe Creative Cloud and more.
This full-time, on-going role comes with hybrid arrangements. The role involves working with a team that provides on-call support service.
To succeed in this role you should have advanced technical skills with Knowledge of Network (TCP/IP), Database (SQL), Storage.
