Guest Service Agent Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Front Office team as a Guest Service Agent, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.

The Guest Service Agent will be the first point of contact for many guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing online and phone reservations, and responding to guest enquiries in a timely manner.

To excel in this role, you will need impeccable customer service skills, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience delivering exceptional Front Office operations in a luxury hotel environment is highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide warm welcomes and farewells to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay
    • Perform guest check-in and check-out tasks, and update room allocations
    • Answer and record guest calls and email communications
    • Manage online and phone reservations
    • Liaise with hotel departments to accommodate guests' needs
    • Complete daily checklists and review reports/logs
    • Provide information about hotel facilities and amenities
    • Handle guest enquiries, requests, and comments in a timely manner
  • Requirements:
    • Impeccable customer service skills and experience
    • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
    • Experience delivering exceptional Front Office operations in a luxury hotel environment
    • Strong computer skills, fluent with Microsoft Office
    • Fluency in English and problem resolution skills
