About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our Service Delivery Team at efm Logistics. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing operational assistance, and delivering a no better experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring clarity on projects and timelines.
  • Operational Assistance: Provide on-site presence and operational support to customers, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Strategic Consultancy: Provide strategic consultancy to customers, leveraging industry insights and expertise to drive business success.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and provide insightful reports and analysis on solution performance, identifying opportunities for greater efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Strong Process Focus: Proven ability to manage multiple relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of commercial drivers and ability to analyze complex logistics scenarios.
