We have an exciting opportunity for a result driven Business Development Manager to join us in our Moorabbin office. This role offers the potential to receive generous earnings with our uncapped commission scheme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically identify new opportunities, developing call cycles and sales strategies to secure new business
  • Proactively create and maintain a solid pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Generate strong sales leads through your networks & build relationships with potential clients
  • Prepare sales reports and manage the tender process of marquee opportunities
  • Be involved in the onboarding of new customers to ensure smooth transition for all
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations
  • Work closely and effectively with a range of departments

Requirements

  • 2+ years' work experience in a comparable sales role or in logistics and supply chain management
  • Experience within a fast paced and demanding business environment
  • Proven track-record highlighting sales achievements
  • Ability to work autonomously and get involved with all aspects of the business
  • Self-motivated and a natural drive to be your best and reap the rewards
