This is an exciting opportunity to work in claims management where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and outcomes.
- Promote QBE's products and services through fostering great relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Provide an exceptional operational and customer service experience for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Process claims in line with set procedures and policies, ensuring that claims are documented correctly and resolved with a prompt and effective outcome.
You will ideally have experience in claims handling, although if you have exceptional call centre/customer service experience and are keen to learn a new industry, this could also be the opportunity for you.
- Previous experience within insurance claims is highly advantageous.
- Previous inbound call centre customer service experience.
- Strong customer service skills with a highly supportive approach.
- A passion for making a difference and helping people in their time of need.
- An engaging and courteous phone manner with the ability to type and talk concurrently.
- Ability to handle multiple and competing tasks to meet customer needs.
- Promoting QBE's products and services through great relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Delivering high quality customer service and developing good working relationships with all customers and service providers.
- Managing claims using the appropriate external and internal specialists to achieve settlement outcomes efficiently and effectively.
- Claims handling experience or strong potential to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to type and talk concurrently.
- Ability to multitask and meet customer needs.
- A passion for helping people and making a difference.
