Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to identify and generate high-quality leads across various sectors.
  • Aim to arrange meetings for sales representatives and assist in closing business deals.
  • Serve as a pivotal Business Development Representative (BDR) in fostering business growth for the sales team.
  • Work with multiple departments to ensure the sales team is set up for success.
  • Explore opportunities for career advancement within the organization.

Main Duties:

  • Identify and qualify leads to hand over to sales partners.
  • Employ diverse strategies to evaluate and qualify potential business opportunities.
  • Engage with online communities to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Address objections and resolve business challenges through proactive interaction.
  • Effectively manage leads using Salesforce and other internal tools.
  • Innovatively generate leads.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits to customers and prospects.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to build relationships and discover new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Preferably, experience in sales or lead generation.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Motivation and resilience to achieve success.
  • A track record of surpassing targets and KPIs.
  • Strong telephone communication skills.
  • Interest in SaaS, IT, or Cyber Security.
