Senior Finance Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance professional to lead our finance function and drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-term financial strategy

  • Manage cash flow, compliance, audit, tax, and financial risk across jurisdictions

  • Drive financial alignment across People, Academic, Operations and Tech teams

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: CA or CPA qualified
  • Experience: 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience
  • Skills: Proven background in financial strategy, reporting, and transformation; Familiarity with modern finance tools (e.g. Xero, FP&A platforms, dashboards)
  • Personal Qualities: Honest, energetic, independent, proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced agile environment
