Finance Leadership Role

We are seeking a dynamic finance leader to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing and collaborative team, act as a trusted advisor to the board, and drive financial performance and compliance across the group.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing your team
  • Presenting to stakeholders, supporting governance and strategic decisions
  • Acting as the commercial conscience of the business, developing robust business cases and advising on revenue strategies
  • Driving continuous improvement in financial processes, risk management, and reporting
  • Overseeing the annual audit process, financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
  • Championing systems optimization, financial controls, and implementing regulatory and audit recommendations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certified Accountant (CA/CPA) qualification and extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles
  • Strong command of Australian Accounting Standards and external reporting requirements
  • Demonstrated success leading through change, ideally within a technical environment
  • Collaborative leadership style with a strong commitment to people development and succession planning
  • Ability to craft compelling business cases grounded in strategic insight and financial rigour
  • Excellent communication skills and reputation for integrity, pragmatism, and clarity
