Job Opportunity

The role of Financial Planning and Analysis Director will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of our organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Oversight and management of the development, execution, and alignment of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with strategic objectives and business plans.
  • Process Improvement: Design, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive financial reporting framework, encompassing standardised monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, with robust financial controls and data validation.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Supervision of the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including consolidated statements and key performance indicators.
  • Talent Development & Business Partnerships: Management, mentoring, and development of a small FP&A team, fostering analytical capability, ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements:
  • Certified Accountant or Chartered Public Accountant Qualification
  • Prior experience in the early childhood education sector is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of progressive finance experience with a strong focus on FP&A
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on the FP&A function
  • Extensive experience working with Enterprise Performance Management platforms and business intelligence/analytics tools (such as Adaptive Planning or Anaplan)
