Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of industrial and commercial properties located throughout Perth's eastern corridor.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial or industrial property management and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills. They will also have a sound understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting, as well as experience in facilities management and contractor coordination.

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio while leading and mentoring junior property managers. You will also build and maintain strong tenant relationships, oversee lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears, and take ownership of all facilities and asset management duties.

You will use Cirrus8 software to manage property workflows, budgets, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting, and support tenants in their use of the Cirrus8 portal to encourage self-sufficiency and streamlined communication. You will also provide timely and detailed reporting to owners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial or industrial property management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a confident, solutions-focused approach
  • A sound understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting
  • Experience in facilities management and contractor coordination
  • High attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
  • Current PM registration, police clearance, WA driver's licence, and own vehicle
