Portfolio Manager Job Opportunity

An established property development and management company is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial properties.

The Role
  • Manage your own portfolio while leading junior property managers
  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, focusing on engagement and retention
  • Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
  • Take ownership of facilities and asset management duties, including compliance and contractor management
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance and safety obligations are met
Key Responsibilities:
  • Use Cirrus8 software to manage property workflows, budgets, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Support tenants in their use of the Cirrus8 portal for streamlined communication
  • Provide timely and detailed reporting to owners and internal stakeholders

We require a Senior Property Manager with:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial or industrial property management
  • Proficiency with Cirrus8, willingness to learn and champion the software
  • Strong leadership skills with a solutions-focused approach
  • Sound understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting
  • Experience in facilities management and contractor coordination
  • High attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills
  • Current PM registration, police clearance, WA driver's licence, and own vehicle
