Property Portfolio Manager Leader

As a senior-level professional, this role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of industrial and commercial properties. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of property managers and contributing to their growth and development
  • Maintaining strong relationships with tenants through engagement, retention, and excellent service delivery
  • Negotiating leases, renewals, rent reviews, and resolving arrears in a timely manner
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and managing facilities and asset management duties efficiently
  • Conducting regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met
  • Utilizing software like Cirrus8 to streamline property workflows, budgeting, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting processes
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial or industrial property management
  • Proficiency in Cirrus8 and a willingness to learn and promote its use within the organization
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, combined with a confident and solutions-focused approach
  • A solid understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting principles
  • Experience in facilities management and contractor coordination is highly desirable
  • High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role
