We are seeking a dynamic Property Portfolio Manager to lead our industrial and commercial portfolio in Perth's eastern corridor. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of our high-performing properties, build strong relationships with multinational tenants, and work closely with a small team for quick decision-making.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience in commercial or industrial property management, with proficiency in lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting. They will be responsible for overseeing lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears, as well as taking ownership of facilities and asset management duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-performing industrial and commercial portfolio in Perth's eastern corridor.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multinational tenants, focusing on engagement and service delivery.
  • Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears.
  • Take ownership of facilities and asset management duties, including compliance and contractor management.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance and safety obligations are met.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial or industrial property management.
  • Proficiency with software relevant to the role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a confident approach.
  • Sound understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting.
  • Experience in facilities management and contractor coordination.
  • Current registration, police clearance, driver's licence, and own vehicle.
