  • We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in a boutique agency located on the coast.
About the Position

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a premium, compliant, and growing portfolio of properties.

This role offers a unique opportunity for someone with ambition to step into a Team Leader position.

Key Responsibilities Include
  1. Managing a premium, compliant, and growing portfolio of approx. 50 properties
  2. Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  3. Oversight of leasing, tenant selection, and lease preparation
  4. Coordination of maintenance, repairs, renewals, and rent reviews
  5. Ensuring compliance at all times with relevant legislation and regulations
  6. Professionally liaising with tenants and landlords
  7. Coordination of inspections, lease renewals, and maintenance requirements
  8. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver a high standard of service
  9. Overseeing new tenant sign-ups and conducting final inspections
  10. Management of bond disposals and rental arrears
Skills & Experience Required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven property management experience (ideally at Senior level)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with a desire to progress to a Team Leader role
  • Relevant qualifications and/or certifications (WA Property Management Registration or Real Estate Licence)
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and processes
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • A professional, proactive, and relationship-focused approach
  • A current WA driver's licence
