Due to a team member retiring, we are looking for an experienced Retail Property Portfolio Manager to complement our existing property management team.
Here is your chance to demonstrate your technical and leadership skills in a key position within our business.
We are a leading property group specialising in retail and commercial management, leasing, marketing, and sales across Western Australia.
This role is a senior position working with some of our most valued and sophisticated clients who have invested in solid, landmark assets.
To be considered for the role, you will have stable tenure in a similar role in the retail property industry.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following: Exercise functional responsibility for the property management of your portfolio including managing contractors and other relevant stakeholders.
Track budget variances and ensure smooth recovery process.
Attend to the billing process including payment of invoices and disbursement of funds.
Preparation of reports, annual budgets, and other documents for owners in accordance with the management agreement.
Maintain interface with owners, ensuring total contract compliance, and accurate and timely reporting.
Resolve tenant issues and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
Perform regular property inspections.
Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, and regulations.
Strategic planning on assets with Leasing teams.
Additionally: Exposure to a diverse and quality portfolio with sophisticated owners.
You will possess exceptional written and financial skills, be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook, have experience with management systems such as MRI or Cirrus8, and have a strong grasp of current property markets.
