Commercial Property Portfolio Leader

  • Portfolio Growth: Lead and grow a brand-new commercial property portfolio.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and mitigate risk at all times.
  • Business Development: Source new properties, forge strong relationships with landlords, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Tenant & Landlord Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between tenants and landlords, ensuring smooth communication, high levels of satisfaction, and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and leasing teams to ensure the portfolio is strategically positioned and all properties are effectively marketed and leased.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive portfolio growth, expansion, and optimization.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, guiding and motivating team members to achieve portfolio goals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in commercial property management, with a strong understanding of legislation, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • A successful track record in business development and growing property portfolios.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, and internal teams.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills, able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
