About the Role

This is an opportunity to join our Sales and Customer Success team as a Client Success Lead. Our company exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that's right for them, and we model this in our hiring process.

We're seeking someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills who can bring value to our customers by increasing product adoption and utilization, enriching relationships and communications, and being a customer-centric partner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Adoption and Success Management: Support customers gain value from the product / service, including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice
  • Customer Advocacy and Feedback: Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
  • Relationship Building: Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals and grow revenue and usage
