About the RoleThe Client Partner role is designed to continue your career growth in a leadership-based position within the media industry. Within this role, you will be empowered to develop your leadership skills further, both for our clients and our team at iProspect. The scope of this role offers opportunities to leverage media to solve business challenges for our clients, as well as collaborate with complementary disciplines across our agency network to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Innovative Solutions: Deliver strategic and commercial solutions that balance client and agency values while collaborating closely with colleagues and clients.
- Lead Team Members: Manage team members to ensure they build strong relationships with counterparts, deliver outstanding client service, and drive retention and growth.
- Immerse Yourself in Clients' Business: Understand clients' challenges, objectives, external economic environments, markets, competitive threats, and relevant partner agencies; know their business model, its performance, and what success looks like; understand clients' products and apply this knowledge to deliver innovative client plans and services.
- Ensure Business Profitability: Understand client commercial frameworks and work with senior account leaders to ensure the business operates profitably.
- Enhance Client Satisfaction: Improve client satisfaction to expand existing revenue streams and build new ones.
- Manage Systems and Progress: Manage systems for forecasting accurate spend and tracking progress.
- Translate Agency Strategy: Translate agency strategy into actionable business plans for individual clients that deliver business value.
- A desire to immerse yourself in clients' industries.
- A strong understanding of the AU media landscape.
- An appetite to learn and grow within our industry and team, build strong client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client and industry stakeholders.
- Proven success leading local and global teams and working in fast-paced project management methodologies.
- A digital first background who can communicate effectively and motivate team members.
- A genuine proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen.
