About the Role

We are seeking a Client Success Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to ensure they achieve value realization from our product.

As a trusted advisor, you will coordinate the post-sale customer lifecycle, drive product adoption, remove roadblocks, and proactively manage risk.

You will also identify opportunities for new products and services and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support to drive and deliver client success plans.

The Client Success Advisor acts as the voice of the customer and requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, analytical thinking, product knowledge, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client success plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact client success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
