About the Role

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts and oversee Employee Share Plan administration services.

  • Developing and executing a client-centric approach to service delivery, ensuring seamless implementation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address client needs.
  • Managing end-to-end onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption.
  • Conducting training and education sessions to maximise client understanding and usage of our ESP platform and services.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Developing and implementing client engagement strategies to increase retention and loyalty.
  • Ensuring all Employee Share Plan services comply with relevant regulatory and governance requirements.

A proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
