About Us

At So Social, we are passionate about helping brands grow through creative, organic social media strategies. We are looking for a proactive and personable Client Success & Strategy Manager to join our team. This role blends client relationship management with strategy and sales, ensuring our clients not only love working with us but also see measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Lead the onboarding process for new social media clients, ensuring a seamless transition into our agency.
  • Host regular client check-in calls to gather feedback, answer questions, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor client communications (emails, messages, meetings) and respond in a timely, professional manner.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Prepare and deliver monthly social media performance reports, highlighting wins, insights, and recommendations.
  • Develop tailored social media strategies aligned with client goals, brand identity, and current trends.
  • Collaborate with the creative and account teams to ensure strategies are implemented effectively.

Sales & Growth

  • Conduct social media sales calls with prospective clients, clearly communicating our value and converting leads into new partnerships.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within the existing client base by recommending additional services or campaigns.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you will be the first point of contact for our clients.
  • Ability to explain social media strategies and results in simple, client-friendly terms.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple clients at once.
  • Confident in running sales conversations and closing deals.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and their analytics tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years in social media, account management, or client-facing roles (agency experience a bonus).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience writing reports and developing strategies in a digital marketing or social media context.
  • Comfortable leading client calls and presenting to stakeholders.
