About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Client Success Lead to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will drive retention, growth, and satisfaction for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning a portfolio of client relationships and developing strategic plans to ensure successful outcomes
- Building trust with clients through proactive relationship management and needs anticipation
- Implementing effective success strategies to drive adoption and utilization of our solutions
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for seamless onboarding and support
- IDentifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell and partnering with account managers to close deals
- Monitoring client health and proactively resolving issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Providing valuable insights to inform product development and innovation
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or relationship management
- Background in financial services, compliance, or related fields (desired)
- Experience working with SaaS technology solutions and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- A results-driven approach with a focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
