Customer Success Strategist

We're seeking a Customer Success Strategist to join our team. Your primary focus will be ensuring marketers derive maximum value from the brand health data in their dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management (B2B SaaS or adjacent), with commercial acumen, including GRR/NRR, negotiation, and forecasting. They should also have brand and marketing fluency, understanding the importance of brand and how to demonstrate its value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding customers by setting clear success plans and achieving first-value milestones quickly.
  • Running Quarterly Check-Ins that tie product usage to measurable outcomes.
  • Protecting and growing customer relationships by spotting risks early, building save plans, owning renewals, and driving expansion.
  • Translating customer feedback into actionable signals for Product and Marketing teams.
  • Maintaining accurate health, notes, and forecasts, avoiding surprises.
  • Championing playbooks and continually improving the customer experience.

Required skills include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across executive, user, and technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with tools like Vitally, HubSpot, Subskribe, Notion, and Google Workspace.
